Are the products sold genuine?
Yes. All devices sold at MacBook Store are genuine Apple products, sourced from authorised distributors. We do not sell any counterfeit, replica, or unofficial products.
Do you offer services beyond the sale?
Yes. We offer pre-purchase advice, device setup and configuration, after-sales support, a trade-in solution for your existing iPhone, and a financing option through our partner be-finance.eu. All services are detailed on the Services page.
Is the site available in multiple languages?

Products & Stock

What is the difference between a new and a refurbished product?
A new product has never been used and comes in its original packaging with all accessories. A refurbished product is a second-hand device that has been inspected, cleaned, repaired if necessary, and restored. Each refurbished item is listed with its cosmetic grade, battery status, and included accessories so you can buy with full transparency.
How are cosmetic grades defined?
The cosmetic grade indicates the visual condition of the device. Grade A ("Very good") may show minor traces of use only visible at close range. Grade B ("Good") shows more noticeable marks with no impact on functionality. This information is specified on each product page.
Are the displayed prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes. All prices on the site are VAT-inclusive. No additional charges are added at checkout, except for possible shipping fees depending on the destination.
How do I know if a product is genuinely available?
The site only shows configurations that are genuinely in stock at the time of browsing. A product shown as "In stock" can be added to the cart and ordered immediately. Availability is re-checked at checkout to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
Can I enquire about an unavailable product?
Yes. If the desired configuration is not available, you can contact us through the contact form describing the model and configuration you are looking for. Our team will let you know as soon as a matching product becomes available.
Are accessories included with refurbished products?
Included accessories are specified on each product page. Depending on the grade and origin, some devices may be supplied without a cable or charger. This information is always clearly stated before purchase.

Orders & Delivery

How do I place an order?
Select the desired configuration on the product page, add it to the cart, then confirm your order by entering your details and choosing a payment method. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the order is created.
What are the delivery times?
Lead times vary depending on actual product availability and destination. For in-stock orders, preparation is generally completed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are confirmed once the order is validated and payment is received.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
An order can be modified or cancelled before preparation and dispatch. Contact our team as quickly as possible through the contact form or by phone, quoting your order number. Once the order has been dispatched, standard return conditions apply.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is sent to you by email after your order has been dispatched. You can also contact our team for a real-time update on your order status.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes. We ship throughout the European Union. For shipments outside the EU, please contact our team in advance to confirm feasibility and applicable conditions.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
If you notice the parcel is damaged on arrival, note any reservations with the courier if possible, take photos of the parcel and device, then contact our team within 48 hours with this information. We will handle the claims process directly.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay via Stripe) and bank transfer. For orders above €500, bank transfer is our recommended method. Card payment remains available for all amounts.
Is card payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world leaders in online payments. Your banking details never pass through our servers. The transaction is protected by 3D Secure when required by your bank.
How does bank transfer payment work?
After your order is confirmed, you receive the bank details and reference to include in your transfer. The stock is reserved for 48 business hours. If payment is not received within that period, the reservation is automatically released.
Can I pay in instalments?
A financing solution is available through our partner be-finance.eu, with a 60% initial customer contribution and subject to file approval. Contact our team to initiate a request and get more information.
Are there any fees depending on the payment method chosen?
No. No additional fee is applied based on the payment method. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged.

Warranty & After-sales

What warranty is provided on products?
New products come with Apple's standard 1-year manufacturer warranty, extended to 2 years under European consumer law. Refurbished products carry a 6 to 12-month warranty depending on the configuration, always specified on the product page before purchase.
How do I check the warranty coverage on my device?
You can check your Apple device coverage status at any time by entering its serial number on the Apple website (checkcoverage.apple.com). Our team can also assist you with this check.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, liquid damage, or unauthorised modifications. If in doubt, contact our team to be guided toward the right solution.
What should I do if my device breaks down?
Contact our after-sales team through the contact form, describing the issue and quoting your order number. We will guide you through the appropriate support process (return, repair, or replacement) based on the nature of the fault and the applicable warranty.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order, in accordance with European consumer law. The device must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging. Contact our team to initiate the return process.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our team through the contact form, quoting your order number, the reason for the return, and the current condition of the product. We will get back to you within 48 business hours with the procedure to follow and the return address. Do not send the product back before receiving our confirmation.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
For returns under the right of withdrawal (14 days), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For a defective or misdescribed product, MacBook Store covers the return costs. We will inform you of the applicable procedure based on your situation.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days, in accordance with European regulations. The refund is issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
The product I received does not match the description — what should I do?
If the product you received does not match the description on the product page (condition, configuration, accessories), contact our team immediately with supporting photos. We will cover the return costs and offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
Can I exchange a product for a different model?
We do not offer direct model exchanges. If you wish to switch to a different product, you should initiate a return under standard conditions and then place a new order for the desired model. Our team can assist you to make this process as smooth as possible.

Do you accept Apple device trade-ins?
Yes. We offer trade-in for iPhones. The trade-in value can be deducted from the price of your next purchase. To start a request, use the form available on the iPhone Trade-in page.
How is the trade-in value calculated?
The trade-in value depends on the model, storage capacity, visual and functional condition, battery health, and included accessories. A first estimate is provided after reviewing your online request. Final validation is completed when the device is physically handed over.
Does my device need to be unlocked for trade-in?
Yes. The device must be unlocked, the Find My iPhone feature must be disabled, and the Apple ID account must be removed before handover. These steps are essential to finalise the trade-in smoothly.
Do your refurbished products come from trade-ins?
Our refurbished products come from various sources (corporate fleets, distribution channels). Every device is inspected, cleaned, and verified before being listed for sale. No product is offered without prior quality control.
