2. Scope

These terms govern sales made through macbookstore.fr to consumers and, where relevant, to professional customers when no separate specific terms apply.

3. Products

Products may be new or refurbished. Essential characteristics, condition, availability, and, where relevant, product-specific warranty duration are shown on each product page.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of VAT. Unless otherwise stated, standard delivery is offered throughout the European Union. MacBook Store may change its prices at any time, but the billed price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

An order is considered placed when the customer validates the cart, completes the required information, and confirms the chosen payment method. A confirmation email is then sent.

6. Availability

Offers remain valid while stock lasts. If a product becomes unavailable after the order, the customer is informed as soon as possible and may receive a refund for the unavailable item if delivery cannot be completed.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Card payments are processed via Stripe. Bank transfer may be offered depending on the active site configuration. When transfer is used, stock reservation may be time-limited.

8. Delivery

Delivery is offered within the European Union. Timeframes are communicated during checkout or after validation when needed depending on destination and product. The customer should check the parcel upon receipt and report any obvious issue without delay.

9. Right of withdrawal

Under French consumer law, consumer customers generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase, subject to legal exceptions. Full details are provided on the Returns & refunds page.

10. Warranties

Products benefit from the applicable statutory warranties. New products notably benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. Full details are provided on the New product warranty page. Refurbished products benefit from the coverage displayed on the relevant product page.

11. Liability

MacBook Store shall not be liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the website or products, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Seller liability remains governed by the applicable consumer law framework.

12. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints and mediation

Complaints should first be addressed to customer service by email or through the site contact page. After an attempt at amicable resolution, consumer customers may refer the matter free of charge to the Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP), 39 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 Paris, France, via www.cmap.fr/consommateurs, under the conditions provided by French consumer law.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory jurisdiction rules benefiting consumers remain unaffected.
