Returns and Refunds

Principle

For distance sales made to a consumer, the right of withdrawal generally applies for 14 days from receipt of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.

How to withdraw

The customer must notify the decision clearly by email at contact@macbookstore.fr or through the site contact page before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the product

The product must be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice, in its original condition, complete, with accessories, manuals, and packaging when these exist and are necessary for normal resale.

Return shipping costs

Unless the product is non-conforming, damaged on delivery, or the issue is attributable to MacBook Store, the direct cost of return shipping remains the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

When withdrawal is validly exercised, MacBook Store refunds the sums paid for the relevant product together with any initially charged standard delivery cost, within 14 days from the withdrawal notice. The refund may be withheld until the goods are recovered or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever comes first.

Excluded products

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided by law, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, as well as unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons where the legal exclusion applies.

Non-conforming or damaged product

If the product received is non-conforming, incomplete, defective on arrival, or damaged, the customer should contact customer service promptly so that an appropriate solution can be proposed under the applicable warranty framework.
